Don’t let power surges, spikes and line interference ruin your day…or your expensive electronics. The Tripp Lite LS606M Power Conditioner protects your equipment against the harmful effects of brownouts, as well as disruptive EMI/RFI line noise that can cause performance problems and distort or destroy valuable data. It automatically adjusts under- and overvoltages to provide safe, computer-grade AC power that meets ANSI C84.1 specifications.
To protect connected equipment from the harmful effects of voltage fluctuations, built-in automatic voltage regulation (AVR) with two levels of voltage stabilization provides a targeted response to overvoltages, undervoltages and severe brownouts. This line conditioner corrects brownouts as low as 85V and overvoltages up to 147V back to safe, nominal 120V power. Providing optimum voltage conditions not only extends the life of your equipment, but also keeps your equipment working through brownouts and prolonged overvoltage conditions.
Plug your PC, laser printer, scanner, router, modem, television, stereo receiver and other home/office electronics into six NEMA 5-15R AC outlets to protect them against dangerous surges, spikes and line noise. The LS606M maintains nominal 120V power, which helps prevent lights from dimming or appliances from shutting down during use due to changes in voltage.
Various electromagnetic and radio sources found in virtually every home and business can cause disruptive interference on the AC line. Known as EMI (electromagnetic interference) and RFI (radio frequency interference), this line noise is a common cause of performance problems. The LS606M filters out disruptive line noise that can disturb your electronics and inflict hardware damage or data loss.
720 joules of surge protection defend your components against even the strongest surges and spikes. Because residential power outlets have three wires—hot line (H), neutral (N) and ground (G)—the LS606M protects all three, covering the two protection modes: full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G).
When the LS606M is plugged into an outlet and turned on, its three LED indicators keep you constantly apprised of your incoming power’s condition. Green indicates your AC line voltage is normal. The yellow Boost light means the LS606M is boosting low voltage to nominal 120V levels, and the yellow Trim light means high voltage is being trimmed down to nominal 120V levels. You will also hear a clicking sound when the unit is correcting high or low voltage.
At just 5.5 inches in height, the compact cabinet easily integrates into your home or office workspace, home theater, lab bench, retail establishment or anywhere else clean, regulated power is needed. The six-foot AC power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug allows the line conditioner to reach distant outlets with room to spare.
A lighted on/off button provides convenient one-touch control over every component connected to the unit. An integrated circuit breaker protects all outlets and automatically shuts down connected equipment in case of overload. The LS606M conforms to IEEE 587 Category A and B surge suppression specifications and UL 1012 (U.S.), cUL (Canada) and NOM (Mexico) safety standards.
The LS606M comes with a 2-year warranty and Ultimate Lifetime Insurance for any connected components damaged by a power surge (U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico only). It’s manufactured in compliance with strict RoHS specifications, reflecting Tripp Lite’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
