Built-in LX platform network management card

A built-in WEBCARDLXE with the latest version of PowerAlert Device Manager firmware (PADM20) allows remote access from anywhere in the world.

  • LX platform provides enhanced management capabilities, including customizable dashboard graphs to fit user preferences.
  • PADM20 works in conjunction with PowerAlert Element Manager (PAEM) to expand maintenance functions in large installations, including firmware update checks and backup/restoration of device configurations.
  • PADM20’s Auto-Probe feature allows the PDUMNH20HVAT1 to automatically reboot connected devices in the event of a network communication failure.

Automatic transfer switching

Dual 12-foot power cords with C20 inputs connect to separate primary and secondary mains circuits, backup generators, UPS systems or utility power grids, including out-of-phase sources.

  • Should the primary source fail or become unstable, automatic transfer switching (ATS) will switch the PDU to the secondary source within 2 to 7 milliseconds.
  • An on-board ATS processor constantly evaluates the power quality of both input sources.
  • If the secondary source is unavailable or of lower quality than the primary source, the PDU will not switch to the secondary source.

Digital load meter

The PDUMNH20HVAT1’s digital ammeter reports the total load for all connected equipment.

  • Monitoring amperage helps ensure proper load balance and prevent downtime.
  • Maintaining proper load levels, even while adding new equipment, can keep your total cost of ownership (TCO) low.

Easy installation

This all-metal PDU mounts into 1U of rack space using the included mounting hardware.

  • The PDU and included hardware are designed for EIA-standard 19-inch racks.
  • Dual 12 ft. C19-to-C20 input cords connect to separate primary and secondary power sources.
  • When the PDU is connected to a live AC power source, the Primary or Secondary LED illuminates to indicate which source is supplying power to the outlets.
