Tripp Lite’s SRQ24U SmartRack® Acoustic Server Rack is designed for environments where equipment needs to be secure, organized and quiet. This includes small offices, boardooms, recording studios, medical practices, classrooms, churches and libraries. Constructed of heavy-duty steel with a durable powder-coated finish, this 24U cabinet houses standard 19-inch rack equipment up to 45 inches deep. Whether stationary or rolling, it has a maximum load capacity of 1,000 pounds.

To minimize noise, the SRQ24U has special foam sound-dampening baffles built into its top, bottom and side panels as well as its front and rear doors. These innovative baffles can reduce acoustic levels by as much as 28 decibels. Less noise makes for a calmer work environment that encourages productivity.

Keeps Valuable Equipment Secure

The SRQ24U’s front and rear doors lock securely to help prevent damage, tampering or theft. A convenient brush strip on the bottom panel allows easy cable routing, while keeping the inside of the cabinet free of dust and debris.

Unique Airflow Design and Built-In Fans Keep Equipment Cool

A unique airflow design maximizes cooling by drawing in cool air through the bottom panel intake, passing it horizontally through the enclosure, and using 10 electric fans to push warm air out through the sides. Two vertically mounted fan banks plug into a built-in six-outlet power strip, leaving four outlets open for connecting equipment or accessories. The power strip connects to a standard 120V AC outlet.
