Use on-console buttons, the on-screen display or hot keys to switch from one port to the next, or monitor multiple ports simultaneously in panel array mode. Auto-scan mode automatically sequences through all accessible active ports. You can also add or remove computers without powering down the B030-008-17-IP. A Windows-based log server records events and saves them to a searchable database.
Features a Large 17-Inch Display
The LCD screen supports video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 (1080p). Its wide display makes it easier to multitask by allowing more open windows. The screen flips up and folds down for full access to rack equipment when not in use. The dual-rail design lets you slide the keyboard into the rack, while the monitor stays visible. DDC emulation allows each computer’s settings to adjust automatically for optimal screen output.

Up to 64 users can be authorized and 32 remote users logged on concurrently with multi-level password security when multi-user operation is enabled. RADIUS server authentication is supported. The B030-008-17-IP features advanced encryption technologies, such as 1024-bit RSA, 256-bit AES, 56-bit DES and 128-bit SSL.

The B030-008-17-IP is compatible with all major operating systems and web browsers. The Flash firmware is upgradable over a network connection. The B030-008-17-IP mounts into 1U of an EIA-standard 19-inch rack using the included hardware. You can also mount it into a two-post rack with Tripp Lite’s optional B019-000 rack-mount kit (sold separately). Its heavy-duty steel housing stands up to frequent use.
