The PDUMH30HVAT is designed for reliable distribution of AC power to supported equipment in IT, industrial and similar applications. It features a rugged all-metal case, high-quality outlets, a 30A circuit breaker and a switchless design to prevent accidental shutoff. Auto-Transfer Switching function adds hot-swap and maintenance bypass ability to standard UPS configurations.
Reliable IT Power Distribution
Unfiltered electrical pass-through makes the PDUMH30HVAT ideal for distributing alternate waveform UPS or generator power in rack enclosures, network closets, and more. It provides nineteen outlets (6 x C13, 2 x C19, 1 x L6-30R) outlets and dual 10-ft. cords (one attached, one detachable) with locking L6-30P plugs to prevent accidental disconnection.
High-Current Input and Worldwide Compatibility
The PDUMH30HVAT features 208/240V and 230V input and output power capacity, making it ideal for a wide range of IT and industrial applications worldwide.
Integrated Auto-Transfer Switching & Hot-Swap Capability
The PDUMH30HVAT features optional integrated automatic transfer switching (ATS) capability to provide a redundant power option for networking and server applications with non-redundant internal power supplies. In ATS mode, the attached power cord delivers primary input power and the included detachable power cord provides secondary input power. If primary power becomes unstable or fails, the PDU automatically switches to the secondary power source. Additionally, ATS enables fault-tolerant hot-swappable UPS protection when used with a single UPS system, and fully redundant UPS protection when each power cord is connected to a separate UPS system. Front-panel input LEDs indicate primary or secondary power availability.
Digital Current Meter
Assure proper load balance with the PDUMH30HVAT's easy to read, two-character digital LED meter that displays the total connected equipment load. This meter enables IT personnel to monitor the total load on the PDU in real time, allowing more equipment to be safely connected with no danger of overloading the PDU or power supply circuits. Plus, the outlets are factory programmed for sequential turn-on when the PDU is first powered on to prevent inrush-related equipment interaction on start-up and safeguard against costly overloads.
