How long will the UPS power my systems after the power goes out?
This system is estimated to run for 7.5 minutes at half load, 2.2 minutes for a full load. The LCD screen provides an estimated run time based on the required power usage during blackouts.
Can the battery be expanded?
Yes, this UPS can have up to ten BP48VL2U02 extended battery modules connected to increase the run time.
What does Smart Battery Management do?
Smart Battery Management improves and extends the functional life of a UPS battery and reduces excessive heat during work cycles by using a three-cycle charging process.
Will this UPS work with a generator?
Yes, the UPS is generator compatible, ensuring a stable sine wave output (free of harmonics and distortion) without switching to battery mode when running on generator input power.
How do I mute the alarms?
Users can disable or enable the audible alarms from the basic set up via the LCD screen, navigate to audible alarm and then set to Mute on battery.
