The Eaton Tripp Lite series SRCOOL12KE is a portable, compact, self-contained air conditioning unit designed for cooling overheated rack enclosures, IT-equipment hot spots and network closets without access to facility air conditioning. It can focus cool air through its flexible cooling duct or cool a small room through its louvered vent. It also filters and dehumidifies air to improve operating conditions and equipment reliability.
13,000 BTU of cooling power
The SRCOOL12KE pumps 13,000 BTU (3.8kW) of cold air into a small server room or network closet. It can also be used for spot-cooling a hot rack in a data center.
· Can cool a small room with its louvered vent or focus cold air on a specific area through its flexible cooling duct.
· Also dehumidifies and filters the air, providing better air quality that can enhance operating conditions and equipment reliability.
Uses environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant
R32 has a significantly lower global warming potential (GWP) compared to traditional refrigerants, which helps reduce the overall impact on climate change.
· Complies with current and upcoming regulations set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the State of California and Canada, as well as the latest standards for the Department of Energy (DoE), California Energy Commission (CEC) and Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN).

· An upgraded hot air exhaust fan maintains effectiveness, even under a high heat load.

The SRCOOL12KE is designed for easy installation by almost anyone. Simply roll it into place on its built-in casters and plug it in. Its self-contained design requires no disruptive installation projects or costly service calls from HVAC specialists.
· The 6 ft. power cord’s NEMA 5-15P plug with leakage protection connects to any standard AC outlet.
· A built-in evaporator expels condensate through the unit’s directional exhaust duct, eliminating the need for a water collection tank and saving time and money on installation.
· The unit is programmed to restart automatically after power failure, and a built-in timer allows unattended shutdown and startup.
