This PoE++ switch uses GaN power technology. GaN technology allows power supply designs to be smaller and more efficient. Compared with traditional power supplies, GaN power supplies take up to 40% less foot print. The increased efficiency reduces heat generated by the internal power supply – reducing the need for fans for silent operations.
