This allows you to configure your monitors in three possible ways: in mirror mode, where each monitor displays the exact same thing as the other; in extended mode, which stretches your desktop over both monitors; and in video wall mode, which combines both monitors into one large monitor. This hub also provides better resolutions, higher refresh rates and greater color depth. It is backward compatible with earlier DisplayPort versions and works with Apple Thunderbolt connectors.

This hub supports 4K x 2K Ultra-High Definition (UHD) video resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 (24 and 30 Hz) and 48-bit Deep Color (16 bits per channel). For maximum playback capability, it complies with the latest HDCP, EDID and DDC digital video content standards. Displays can be placed up 35 ft. away from the splitter unit and an additional 6 ft. away from the video source.
