A: PURELL® CRT soap removes more dirt and germs than other soaps without the addition of harsh preservatives and antibacterials* that irritate skin. *Does not contain an antimicrobial active ingredient.

Q: What are the recommended storage instructions for PURELL® HEALTHY SOAP® with CLEAN RELEASE® Technology?

A: The recommended storage temperature range is 5° C to 30° C.

Q: Does this product expire? How do I know what the expiration date is?

A: Yes, this product expires three years from the manufacturing date. That date can be found on the label.

Q: Is the color of the soap blue?

A: No, the plastic refill and bottle is tinted blue to help differentiate PURELL® Soap refills and bottles from PURELL® Hand Sanitizer refills and bottles. The soap itself is dye free and does not have a color.

Q: Can I refill my existing bottle or refill with more soap once it is empty?

A: No, a new soap refill or bottle must be purchased. This helps prevent contamination and maintain product efficacy.
