Extended Battery Modules for Eaton Tripp Lite Series UPS Systems
An ideal solution for extended-run operation
The BP72VRM2U rack/tower external battery pack extends battery runtime when used with compatible Eaton Tripp Lite series 2200VA and 3000VA SmartPro UPS Systems. An included daisy-chain connector allows the addition of up to four matching battery packs per UPS for even longer extended-run operation. To ensure safe and simple installation, heavy-gauge cabling with high-current DC connectors is also included.

The BP72VRM2U’s multi-use form factor supports both rack-mount and tower installation, allowing you to place the battery where you need it most.
- Mounts in 2U of space in EIA-standard 19-inch racks or enclosures using the included 4-post mounting brackets.
- Tower stands are included for optional upright configuration.
- Optional 2-post rack-mount or wall adapter kit (2POSTRMKITWM or UPSHDEARKIT, sold separately) supports 2-post rack or wall-mount installation.

- 120V model compatibility: SMART2200RMXL2U, SMART2200RMXLN, SMART3000RMXL2U and SMART3000RMXLN
- 208V/230V model compatibility: SMX3000XLRT2UA and SMX3000XLRT2UN
- Optional use rear-panel battery detection jacks automatically configure host UPS systems supporting this feature.
