Tripp Lite’s B110-SP-POE In-Line Surge Protector fits right into your PoE digital signage network installation. Simply connect it between your source and display using Cat5e/6 patch cables and protect your source and PoE device against damage caused by lightning and electrostratic discharge (ESD). To protect both source and device, two surge protectors are required.

It supports both mid-span and end-span PoE and meets the following IEC/EN regulations: IEC 61000-4-2/IEC 61000-4-5 (ESD) 30 kV (air, contact) and EN 61000-4-5 (lightning) 5kA (8/20μs)/4kV (10/700μs).
