Comprehensive power protection with energy-saving outlets Five of the ENERGY STAR-certified ECO1300LCD’s 10 NEMA 5-15R outlets provide battery backup and surge protection for your computer, monitor and other critical components. The other five provide surge protection only for non-essential equipment such as printers, speakers and scanners. Four ECO outlets turn off automatically when the device connected to the master outlet is powered down or in sleep mode. Backup support allows you to work through short power failures with enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in the event of a prolonged blackout. Backup time varies according to load, but the ECO1300LCD can keep an energy-efficient desktop computer powered as long as 75 minutes. Front-panel LCD with audible alarm An intuitive front-panel interface provides comprehensive local management with easy access to UPS settings and information. This allows you to diagnose and respond to power problems before they cause downtime. The LCD features multiple screens of UPS and site power information with a variety of configuration and setup options. The front panel also features two 5V USB charging ports that share 2.1 amps of power for charging smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. An audible alarm sounds to warn you of power failure, low battery, overload and UPS fault conditions.

Advanced communications ports for unattended shutdown and file saves The ECO1300LCD’s communications interface supports detailed monitoring of UPS and site power conditions and allows for automatic shutdown in the event of an emergency. An HID-compliant USB port connects to a computer running free downloadable PowerAlert software to enable safe unattended system shutdown in case of prolonged power failure. PowerAlert provides enhanced features like event notification, logging, advanced device control and an SNMP agent that supports centralized management. Supports Watchdog, OS and hard-reboot restart options for remote applications. USB cable is included.
