Tripp Lite’s SRW6UKD SmartRack® 6U Switch-Depth Wall-Mount Knock-Down Rack Enclosure Cabinet is ideal for housing 19-inch rack equipment with depths up to 16.5 inches, such as network switches and patch panels. The wall-mount design saves space in network closets, classrooms and other areas with limited floor space. Made of heavy-duty steel, the SRW6UKD supports a maximum load capacity of 200 pounds. The front door locks to keep equipment secure.
Knock-Down Design for Convenient Transportand Installation in Small Spaces
The SRW6UKD ships unassembled to make transport and installation easier in locations with cramped rooms, low doorways, narrow halls or steep staircases. The cabinet components can be assembled in just seven steps for quick deployment. Mounting holes on the rear of the cabinet are spaced 16 inches apart to correspond to standard wall stud placement.
Offers Quick Mounting of Switch-Depth Equipment
The vertical mounting rails adjust in 7/8-inch increments to accommodate equipment up to 16.5 inches deep, such as network switches and patch panels. Adjustment is quick and convenient—unscrew the rails, slide them to the desired depth and fasten the screws. Rails support equipment mounting using square holes or threaded holes. Each rack space within the enclosure cabinet is numbered for easy reference.
Promotes Airflow to Keep EquipmentCool
To keep equipment cool and operating efficiently, the front door and side panels are ventilated to promote efficient airflow through the enclosure cabinet. The top and bottom panels have vents to help remove warm air from the enclosure and draw in cool air by convection. The vents also support installation of SRFANWM fan kits.Provides EasyAccess to Cables and Components
Ports with removable covers are located in the top and bottom panels for easy cable routing. The front door is reversible to open left or right to fit the mounting location.
