Tripp Lite’s BP48V48RT4U Rack/Tower External Battery Pack extends battery runtime of compatible 48V Tripp Lite rackmount and tower UPS systems. The BP48V48RT4U includes heavy-gauge cabling with a high-current DC connector for safe, simple installation. An included daisy-chain connector allows the addition of multiple compatible 48V external battery packs to the host UPS. The BP48V48RT4U comes with mounting accessories that support 4U rackmount installation in 2-post racks. Optional accessories are available for 4-post rack mounting and upright tower installation.
Reduced Housing Depth for Space-Limited Installations
The BP48V48RT4U features a special reduced-depth housing, making ideal for 2-post installations in network and telecom wiring closets and other areas where space is limited.
UPS Compatibility
The BP48V48RT4U is compatible with the following expandable Tripp Lite UPS systems: SMART2200CRMXL, SMART3000CRMXL and any other Tripp Lite Compact Rackmount UPS system that utilizes a reduced-depth configuration and specifies use of this battery pack.
