The U344-001-HDDVI is compatible with Windows XP (32-bit), Vista (32- and 64-bit), 7 (32- and 64-bit) and 8 (32- and 64-bit). It is USB 3.0 compliant (5 Gbps) and backward compatible with USB 2.0 (but at USB 2.0 speeds).
