Tripp Lite’s OMNIX350HG Line-Interactive Tower UPS System meets the requirements of CE/IEC 60601-1 compliance for use in patient care vicinities. This medical-grade UPS protects connected equipment against the harmful effects of blackouts, brownouts, power surges and line noise. The OMNIX350HG features six C13 outlets and a 6-inch dongle with C14 connector. It has a 350VA/225W output capacity and delivers 230V, 50/60 Hz output.
Typical Applications
Built-In Isolation Transformer for Higher Degree of Safety
Various electrical and radio sources can cause disruptive interference on the AC line, which commonly results in incremental hardware damage and data corruption. The OMNIX350HG has a built-in isolation transformer with a Faraday shield that offers full isolation and removes common mode noise. It filters out electromagnetic and radio frequency interference to prevent it from affecting your equipment.
Robust AC and Data Line Surge Protection
A sudden power surge or spike can damage or destroy electronic components and wipe out irreplaceable data. The OMNIX350HG’s built-in surge suppression protects all connected components and the data they contain. Built-in tel/DSL jacks protect phone lines against surges. There is also an equipotential connection (grounding lug) on the rear of the UPS for connection to any equipment that requires a chassis ground.
Reliable Battery Backup
UPS battery backup support allows you to work through short power failures, and it gives you enough time to save files and perform an orderly system shutdown in case of a prolonged blackout. The OMNIX350HG’s internal battery provides 37 minutes of battery support for a half load (115 watts) and 15.5 minutes of support for a full load (225 watts).
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
AVR protects sensitive equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems that can be caused by low-voltage conditions commonly known as brownouts. The OMNIX350HG automatically corrects brownouts as low as 159V back to 230V without drawing on battery power needed to support equipment through blackouts.
USB Communication Port and Free PowerAlert® Software
The OMNIX350HG has a USB communications port (cable included). When used with PowerAlert software (available as a free download from Tripp Lite’s website), this port enables safe unattended system shutdown and file saves in the event of a prolonged power failure.
Diagnostic LEDs and Audible Alarm
The OMNIX350HG has four front-panel LEDs to indicate power conditions, UPS mode data and battery status at a glance. An audible alarm signals power failure, low battery, overload and fault conditions.
Versatile Installation Options
The OMNIX350HG’s space-saving, compact tower housing fits under a desk, on a shelf or almost anywhere. This UPS can also be mounted on a wall using Tripp Lite’s UPSWM mounting bracket accessory (sold separately).
2-Year Warranty and Environmentally Responsible Design
The OMNIX350HG comes with a 2-year warranty. It’s manufactured in compliance with strict RoHS specifications, reflecting Tripp Lite’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
