The Tripp Lite SMART700HGL Medical-Grade Line-Interactive UPS System is ideal for use in operating rooms, patient-care vicinities, therapy rooms, imaging environments and administrative areas. This UPS system’s lithium iron phosphate (LiFePhos) battery provides up to 10,000 cycles, 20-30 times as many cycles as traditional batteries. This 700VA, 450W UPS features four NEMA 5-15R-HG hospital-grade outlets and a NEMA 5-15P-HG hospital-grade plug.
Premium Safety Features Protect Patients and Equipment
The SMART700HGL is fully compliant with UL 60601-1 standards so it can be used both inside and outside of patient-care vicinities, as long as it is plugged into a hospital-grade outlet. A built-in isolation transformer with Faraday shield offers full isolation from AC surges that could cause shock hazards for patients and staff. This UPS system is resistant to electrostatic discharge.
Dependable Power Backup for Healthcare Facilities
The lithium battery provides up to 42 minutes of runtime for a half load (225W) and 18 minutes for a full load, allowing you time to work through brief power outages and sufficient time to save files and perform an orderly shutdown in the case of a prolonged blackout. Built-in line-interactive voltage regulation corrects brownouts as low as 81V and overvoltages as high as 143V to normal 120V nominal output without drawing battery power.
Full Protection from Surges and Line Noise
All four of the hospital-grade outlets provide both battery backup and 940 joules of surge protection. EMI/RFI noise filtering ensures your equipment runs smoothly without line noise interference that could result in incremental hardware damage and data corruption.
