The MX1200 is an AC1200 Range Extender that plugs into any US power outlet to extend your router’s WiFi range and increase effective speed. It uses both WiFi bands, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, for enhanced performance and flexibility. The MX1200 connects at a point between the router and areas that need better WiFi coverage, such as remote rooms, a basement, or a porch. All WiFi clients will benefit including smartphones, HDTVs, tablets, computers, game stations, Roku, Chrome, Tivo, and more.
The MX1200 also has a Gigabit Ethernet jack so you can wirelessly extend a high-speed Ethernet connection from your router to any Ethernet-capable computer or other device. The MX1200 is an easy and inexpensive way to enhance video streaming, Web access, gaming, and downloads speeds.
