The VB-R11VE effortlessly delivers high quality, detailed 1.3 MP images for live monitoring and recording. Continuous 360° panning and Auto-Flip let operators keep subjects in view without changing their handling perspective, while intelligent Auto-Tracking capabilities allow them to attain and track their target virtually hands-free.
Versatile monitoring with superb low light performance
Zoom-in to far away subjects and monitor wider areas using the powerful 30x optical zoom lens with a wide 58.4° angle of view. The bright IR Corrected and wide f/1.4-4.6 aperture High-UD lens provides clean sharp images day or night and offers improved low light performance. Minimum subject illumination is 0.03 lux (colour) to 0.002 lux (mono). Optimised H.264 bit rate and ADSR technology improve bandwidth control and allow operators to freely define areas of the scene where the best quality imaging is needed. Image enhancing Haze Compensation automatically adjusts image contrast to make environments with fog, haze or smog easier to see. It can also bring distant scenes captured at high zoom into clearer view.
Fast, accurate and intelligent with precise control
Effectively track fast moving subjects with a highly accurate and responsive 450°per second Pan/Tilt mechanism, which offers faster panning, quicker acceleration and more precise stopping accuracy. A wide range of intelligent detection functions can automatically alert operators to alarming situations and activate recording. These include Intruder Detection, which identifies moving objects entering a specified area, and Scream Detection, which recognises abnormal human sounds like screams or yells. The camera also features Audio and Alarm inputs, while installation time and cost is reduced thanks to a simple pigtail cable connection.
Outdoor-ready with vandal and environmental protection
The VB-R11VE is fully outdoor ready and vandal resistant. It offers IK10 shock resistance certification as well as IP66 certification for extensive weatherproofing. Its robust construction and innovative design means that it is also compliant with NEMA250 Type4X and IEC 60950-1/22 standards, making it ideal for use in a wide range of harsh conditions such as coastal areas subject to salt damage or industrial processing sites with corrosive emissions.
Extreme low temperature start up and operation
The VB-R11VE is ideal for use in extremely cold environments thanks to its durable design and an inbuilt heater that enables reliable start up at -30° and operation in temperatures as low as -50°C. It can also operate equally efficiently in temperatures up to + 55°C, such as in hot tropical and arid regions.
